Please read before placing an order

I create all the jewelry at my workshop in Catalunya, Spain. Unlike large scale jewelry producers who make in series, I use traditional techniques in single-use forms, like sand casting and hand fabrication from sheet and wire, resulting in unique one-of-a-kind pieces. I ask you kindly to have in mind that I handle comissions in the order they are received but please note that I can only take on a limited number at a time. I am at the moment happily doing the whole process by my self.


Pieces that are in stock when you place your order will be shipped in the following 2 to 3 laborable days.

One-of-a-kind and commission jewels are handcrafted for you once your order is placed. Regularly, I need between 3 and 6 weeks to get it ready for shipping. I will make sure the communication is fluid between us so we can ensure the best possible experience for both of us.


All items are shipped via Correos Exprress. For shipments to any part of Spain there is a flate rate of 5€,  for any country outside of Spain the fee will be 9€. Once the package is sent I will give you a code to track your order. It will take between 2 to 14 laborable days to arrive at its destination. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and local postal service. It is necessary to indicate your mobile number for the delivery person.

If you wish your order to be sent via a private packaging company you are responsible for the added cost, please contact me here before placing your order. 

Magau Jewelry is not responsible for items being lost or delayed in shipping. 

The purchaser is responsible for any customs and import duties imposed by their locale.


If you aren’t happy with your purchase please contact me. This must be done within 7  days of receiving your jewelry. I will accept items that haven’t been worn or damaged. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
